Shipping Information

When will I receive my subscription?

All subscriptions will be processed and dispatched between the 1^st and 3^rd of every month.

Which shipping company do you use?

We send orders using Royal Mail.

How much does shipping cost?

Postage is free for all subscription packages.

How long does shipping take?

All subscriptions are sent on or around the 1st so you
should expect to receive your order 2-4 working days after the date of dispatch.

However, this isn’t a guarantee and shipping may sometimes
take slightly longer, especially at busy times.

Additional Costs

We cannot be held liable for any additional costs you incur
as a result of delayed or misrouted orders. You are liable for any additional
VAT or customs charges that may be applied.

In the unlikely event that you incur additional charges as a
result of PokeVendUk underpaying for postage, or misclassifying the size of a
consignment with a courier, we will re-imburse you for the full receipted cost
incurred.
