Subscription packages are dispatched on or around 10th of every month, so you should expect to receive it a few days later.

Any subscriptions purchased and confirmed before the last day of the current month will be dispatched on or around the 10th day of the following month.

E.g. All customers with an active subscription on 30th April will receive their first shipment just after 10th May.

Subscriptions renew on a month by month basis. You can cancel at any point before the next payment date.

You can cancel at any time by going to the Subscriptions section of My Account.

Select an active subscription and click “Cancel”.

Payments are taken automatically for active subscriptions each month on the same day as you subscribed.

E.g. If you subscribed on the 20th April your next payment would be taken on 20th May.
